Under the heavens, 2020-ongoing series, Fire Etching
The nuances of tones is explored by usage ofcalligraphy tools. Each image of sky is burned individually and placed under the glass dome. The series begun during the Lockdown in 2020, observing the sky above SE London, when our ability to jet across to see our loved ones at the other side of the world was taken away from us, while momentary peace and tranquility in our aero-sphere was restored without human activity
